Distance healing, also known as remote healing, is the relaxing transfer of energy from a practitioner to the recipient, no matter where they happen to be.

Distance healing has the ability to be effective without the need for physical presence and can be felt across any distance.

I offer distance healing sessions in both Reiki and Crystal Healing.

Healing works through the harnessing of energy and intention so distance healing is perfect when the client can’t be physically present with the healer.

When booking a session, as with an in person session a time is agreed.

I will contact the client just prior to the session to make sure they are lying down comfortably before I begin and that they can remain still whilst I perform the healing remotely.

The treatments are carried out the same way as if the client was in the room and clients are offered the option of having a phone or video platform set up during the treatment if they wish.

When performing Reiki remotely I work by channelling the universal life force energy and transmitting it to the client via the use of symbols and a chakra mat.

When performing a crystal healing treatment remotely, I use a chakra mat to place the crystals, crystal grid might also be used depending on the healing needed.

At the end of the treatment, I will again contact the client to go over anything that came up during the session and discuss any further treatment.
