Join me for a gentle and restorative evening designed to help you settle, reset, and realign your energy as the year unfolds. This first session of 2026 offers a peaceful space to release, ground and reconnect with yourself, supporting a steady and harmonious start to the year ahead.

This nurturing experience blends the therapeutic vibrations of sound with the soft, supportive energy of crystals, guiding you back into a state of ease and alignment.

As you rest, the calming tones of crystal singing bowls, soft chimes and grounding drumbeats will flow through the space, while intuitively placed crystals gently cleanse and balance your chakras.

✨ This is a monthly session, held on the second Friday of every month, offering a regular opportunity to pause, realign, and stay energetically aligned throughout the year. ✨

Please bring a yoga mat, warm socks and a cosy blanket so you can relax comfortably and create your own peaceful sanctuary.

Through soothing sound frequencies and guided intention-setting, you’ll be supported to clarify your vision, set meaningful goals, and energetically plant the seeds of what you are ready to grow.

The New Moon is a powerful portal for fresh starts and aligned action. Sound helps the body relax and the subconscious open, allowing your intentions to settle deeply and be held with purpose and trust.

As this session is held online, you can fully relax in the comfort of your own surroundings — creating your own sacred space with blankets, cushions, candles, or crystals if you wish.
